Lazy Man Triathlon 2015- Start the new year off with completing a full triathlon! The Lazy Man Tri is an in door triathlon that will can be completed at your own pace. The Lazy man Triathlon will consist of swimming, biking and running. All levels and ages are welcome! Come compete in a competition with your friends and peers while working out on your regular schedule. Entrance is $20 and will come with a free T-Shirt at the end of the competition. Morning BOOTCAMP - Rise and Shine! Don’t be intimidated by the name, challenge yourself! Bootcamp is a fun, non-traditional way to get in shape and feel great. Bootcamp caters to all fitness levels from the beginner through advanced. Utilizing resistance training with strength equipment and body weight, along with cardiovascular training; you can get the lean, toned body that you’ve always wanted.
