This can help melt away the day’s stresses while helping to improve flexibility at the same time. The flow is slow, focusing on pose techniques, body alignment, and deep breathing. A great class to improve balance & flexibility while relaxing the mind. Starting OCT 21st & 23rd (Tues & Thur) From 7PM – 8PM
WATER YOGA -This is a low-level water aerobics class which applies yoga techniques in the water. Great for closing out the week! 8AM- 9AM, Friday Mornings.

BOOTCAMP - Don’t be intimidated by the name, challenge yourself! Bootcamp is a fun, non-traditional way to get in shape and feel great. Bootcamp caters to all fitness levels from the beginner through advanced. Utilizing resistance training with strength equipment and body weight, along with cardiovascular training; you can get the lean, toned body that you’ve always wanted.

$60 for member – $80 for community members
A FREE recruit t-shirt included
Train two times a week for six weeks
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 PM – 6:55 PM
Training starts October 21st and ends Dec 2nd
(Furlough for Thanksgiving)

Pool Schedule – Fall 2014

The YMCA helps your child be comfortable and confident in the water.  Come by the YMCA today to register your child for swim lessons.  Group lessons, private, and semi-private lessons are available throughout the year.
