MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The Community Center is a powerful association of men, women and children of all ages and from all walks of life joined together by a shared passion to strengthen the foundations of community. With a commitment to nurturing the potential of every youth, promoting healthy living, and fostering a sense of social responsibility, the Center ensures that every individual has access to the essentials needed to learn, grow and thrive.
We offer a full gym facility to our members with aerobic rooms, a swimming pool, a basketball court, four racquetball courts, two weight rooms, a cardio room, cycle studio and a child watch room. We offer afterschool care, camp programs, swim lessons, sports programs for youth and adults and much more. Be a part of our family and join today!

TRY THE COMMUNITY CENTER
If you would like to check out all the Corpus Christi Community Center has to offer without taking a tour, you can buy a one-day membership. The current daily guest fee is $15 per person for ages 18 and over and $10 for 17 and under. Day passes are limited, speak with membership staff for more information.
MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION
Sign-up utilizing the monthly bank draft system. This bank draft can be stopped by giving the Community Center a thirty day written notice. There are no yearly contracts with this membership.
Or sign-up by paying the annual membership rate in full. (The annual rate is non-refundable and equal to 12 X the monthly bank draft fee and expires one year from registration)
Bring the following completed document to the Community Center to start your exercise program.
- Bring a voided check,
- Complete bank draft authorization form
- Complete the attached membership application,
- Membership release form
- Membership health questionnaire:

The Community Center is committed to providing services to any person who desires to participate and understands the benefits of the Community Center, regardless of ability to pay. Thanks to our generous donors and community partners, those not able to pay program or membership fees may be awarded financial assistance based on individual need and the ability of the Community Center to fund the subsidy. Through the generosity of donors, the Community Center is able to help if you can’t afford the full membership fees. All members receive the same membership benefits, regardless of whether or not they are receiving financial assistance and your application is processed confidentially. Download our Membership Application. After you have printed out and completed the application, bring it to the Membership Desk along with the following paperwork:
- Your most recent 1040 Federal tax return, or
- Your two most recent pay stubs or bank statements, and (if applicable) The two most recent pay stubs or bank statements of all other earners in your household, and Proof of other income (including government assistance)

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
The Community Center is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all members and guests. We ask everyone to act responsibly and to always respect the rights and dignity of others when in our facility or participating in our programs.
The following actions (not all-inclusive) are prohibited in our facilities, vehicles, and programs:
• Using or possessing alcohol or drugs
• Smoking – the Community Center and its property/programs is a smoke-free environment including use of vapes.
• Carrying or concealing a weapon or any device/object that may be used as a weapon
• Harassment or intimidation by words, gestures, body language, or any type of menacing behavior
• Physical contact with another person in an angry, aggressive, or threatening way
• Verbally abusive behavior, including angry or vulgar language, swearing, name-calling, or shouting
• Sexually explicit conversation or behavior; any sexual contact with another person
• Inappropriate, immodest, or sexually revealing attire
• Theft or behavior resulting in destruction or loss of property
• Loitering
• Use of electronic devices, including cell phones, tablets or e-readers in locker rooms, bathrooms, steam or sauna areas
• Working with a personal trainer not employed by the Community Center
The Community Center will deny access and membership to any person on the national or Texas State registry of sex offenders (level 1, 2, and 3). The Community Center reserves the right to deny access and membership to any person who has been charged or convicted of a crime involving sexual abuse but is not on a sex offender registry.
The Community Center reserves the right to deny access and membership to any person who has ever been convicted of any offense relating to the use, sale, possession, or transportation of illicit drugs, or is presently or habitually under the influence of illicit drugs, including intoxicating beverages.
Members and guests are encouraged to take responsibility for their personal comfort and safety by asking any person whose behavior threatens their comfort to refrain from such behavior. Anyone who feels uncomfortable in confronting a person directly should report the behavior to a staff member or the Building Supervisor on duty. The staff members are eager to be of assistance. To be able to carry out these policies, we ask that members and guests identify themselves to staff when asked.
The CEO will investigate all reported incidents. Suspension or termination of membership privileges may result determined by CEO if, in his/her discretion, a violation of the Community Center Member Code of Conduct has occurred.

FAQ on Ages 17& Under
All parents must come into the facility to sign a waiver for youth ages 16–18. Children ages 15 and under are required to have a parent present in the facility at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe!

Away Memberships
As we’ve transitioned into the Corpus Christi Community Center and are no longer affiliated with the YMCA, we’re unable to honor memberships from other Y facilities. We’d still love to have you visit us during your stay and would be happy to discuss the options available to you.
