To strengthen the Corpus Christi community by providing inclusive programs and resources that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all neighbors.

VOLUNTEERISM
A vibrant spirit of volunteerism has been at the core of the Community Center’s mission. The Community Center is the perfect place for volunteers to give back to their neighbors and advance our cause of strengthening communities.
Community Center volunteers:
- Lead Community Center boards of directors and committees
- Raise funds to ensure the Community Center is accessible to all members of the community
- Coach sports teams and teach classes
- Motivate and support youth in building the character strengths, skills, and relationships that lead to positive behaviors, better health, and the pursuit of higher education and goals
- Extend a hand to help adults who want to do more, be more, or live healthier
- Advocate for the Community Center’s efforts to influence policies and initiatives that positively impact societal issues of importance to the nation and your community.
- Participate in community service activities that support their neighbors
Through these efforts, volunteers help the Community Center remain relevant and responsive to community needs while enhancing the Center’s capacity to help more people access the resources and support they need to be healthy, confident, connected, and secure.

Monday - Friday: 7:00AM - 7:00PM
Saturday: 8:00AM - 2:00PM
Closed Sunday
24hr Access available for 18+ who have registered.
FAQ on Ages 17& Under
All parents must come into the facility to sign a waiver for youth ages 16–18. Children ages 15 and under are required to have a parent present in the facility at all times. This policy will be strictly enforced. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe!

Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 5:00PM - 6:45PM
Away Memberships
As we’ve transitioned into the Corpus Christi Community Center and are no longer affiliated with the YMCA, we’re unable to honor memberships from other Y facilities. We’d still love to have you visit us during your stay and would be happy to discuss the options available to you.
