The YMCA is committed to providing services to any person who desires to participate and understands the benefits of the YMCA, regardless of ability to pay. Those not able to pay program or membership fees may be awarded financial assistance based on individual need and the ability of the YMCA to fund the subsidy. Through the generosity of donors, the YMCA is able to help if you can’t afford the full membership fees. All YMCA members receive the same membership benefits, regardless of whether or not they are receiving financial assistance and your application is processed confidentially. Download our Membership Application. After you have printed out and completed the application, bring it to the Membership Desk along with the following paperwork:

  • Your most recent 1040 Federal tax return, or
  • Your two most recent pay stubs or bank statements, and (if applicable) The two most recent pay stubs or bank statements of all other earners in your household, and Proof of other income (including government assistance)
